Every price here is the rate before tax, before the damage waiver and before delivery. Those are charged on top. The quick quote calculator on each equipment page works the delivered total out for you.
There are 5 terms: 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks. 2 days is twice the day rate, and 2 weeks is twice the week rate, except where the 4-week rate comes out lower. In that case you pay the lower one.

Common questions
01Are your rates before or after tax?
Before tax. Every figure on this page excludes sales tax and the damage waiver, and both are added at booking.
02Is there a minimum rental period?
1 day is the minimum. Weekends are free, so a Friday rental that is ready for pickup before 7 a.m. Monday is charged as 1 day. On the scissor lifts the week costs about the same as 2 days, so most people needing 2 days on a scissor lift take the week.
03What is the damage waiver?
It is 15% of the rental charge, and it caps what you pay for accidental damage at $2,500 per incident. It is added unless you send a certificate of insurance that covers rented equipment and names us as loss payee. It does not cover theft, tires, glass or misuse.
04Do the rates change if I rent for longer?
Yes, and sharply. On the lifts and telehandlers the 4-week rate costs 4 to 7 days at the day rate. On most other machines it is 7 to 9 days, so long jobs almost always take the 4-week rate.
05Do you charge for cleaning?
Only if it comes back dirty. Return it clean and there is nothing extra to pay. A dirty return carries a $75 cleaning fee.
