What we rent
10 categories, 1 yard
We are a locally owned yard in Phoenix. Everything on this page is ours, we deliver it ourselves and the person who answers the phone knows what is on the lot today.
The catalog is organized the way people search. Pick the category, then pick the size, and every size has its own page with the measurements that decide whether a machine fits.
If you are not sure, send a photo of the access route and the work area. We would rather tell you the smaller machine will do than send the wrong one.
Delivery is priced by machine size and by how far it travels, and it is billed each way. Larger machines cost more to haul because they need a bigger truck and trailer.

What else goes on the invoice
Fuel is prepaid at booking rather than billed afterward, at $6.00 a gallon against the tank size of the machine. It goes out full and there is nothing to reconcile when it comes back.
Everything below is separate from the day rate. Sales tax and the damage waiver are charged on top of all of it.

FAQ
Common questions
How much does equipment rental cost in Phoenix?
Our fleet runs from $45/day for a turf brush to $395/day for the largest telehandler. Delivery is priced separately by machine size and distance, and fuel is prepaid where the machine has an engine.
Do you deliver, or do I collect?
Most machines are delivered and delivery is required on them. Compactors, the stump grinder, the turf brush and both trailer types are warehouse pickup items you can collect yourself, and delivery is optional on both skid steers.
How far do you deliver?
Across metro Phoenix out to 50 mi, priced in 4 bands. Past 50 mi call the yard and we will quote the run to your address.
Can I get a machine the same day?
Often, when it is sitting on the yard and the address is inside our normal run. Call rather than book online if the date is tight.
Do you rent to homeowners as well as contractors?
Yes, both. About half of what leaves the yard goes to people working on their own property, and we size the machine the same way either way.
What do I need to rent equipment?
3 things. A valid driver's license, a major credit card for the rental charges and any delivery fees, and a signed rental agreement. The agreement sets out how long you are renting for, how you are paying and what you are responsible for while the machine is with you.
