Tempe is dense, and density means interior work. Student housing turnovers, restaurant fit outs on Mill Avenue and office maintenance around the ASU campus are the regulars.
It is also the easiest city we deliver to. Short run, closest band, and the machine is usually on site well before the crew.
Where Tempe gets awkward is access rather than distance. Alleys, shared loading areas and older commercial buildings with 36 in doors are common, so measure the route before you size up.
Before you dig
Call Arizona 811 first
Arizona law requires a utility locate before any digging, and it applies to homeowners as well as contractors. The call is free and the marks are free.
In older parts of the valley the irrigation, low voltage lighting and gas runs sit shallower than people expect, and a bucket or a grinder wheel finds them quickly.
Yes, we run to Tempe regularly. 10 to 15 min east of the yard. Deliveries go out Monday to Friday between 3 and 11 a.m.

Can I collect a machine myself instead of having it delivered to Tempe?
On the light end of the fleet, yes. Compactors, the turf brush, the stump grinder and both trailer types are warehouse pickup items you can collect from the yard on East Victory Street. Either skid steer can also be collected if you have a suitable trailer.

Same day is often possible when the machine is on the yard and the address is inside our normal run. Otherwise it goes out the next weekday morning.
