This page has 2 parts. The first is our privacy policy, which says what we do with your information. The second is our terms of use, which sets the rules for using this website.
We wrote both in plain English on purpose.

The short version
We are a small equipment rental yard in Phoenix and we collect only what we need in order to rent you a machine. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the business.
That is the whole idea, and the rest of this page simply fills in the detail behind it.
What we collect

Why we collect it
- To answer your call, text, email or form.
- To check whether a machine is free on your dates.
- To book and deliver your rental.
- To take payment and send receipts.
- To reach you about your rental, such as a delivery time or a return date.
- To keep the records the law requires us to keep.
- To see which pages and ads bring people to the site.
Who we share it with
Only the businesses that help us operate. That means our booking and inventory platform, our payment processor and the analytics and advertising tools that measure how the site performs.
We do not sell your information to anyone at all. If a court order or a law requires us to hand something over then we will comply, and we will tell you about it unless we are barred from doing so.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
- Turn off cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.
- Tell us to stop sending marketing messages, and we will.
The rules for using this site
Using this website means that you accept these terms, and if you do not accept them then please do not use the site.
Everything on this site, including the text, photographs, layout and code, belongs to Summit Rentals. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.
Rates, availability and specifications on this site can change without notice, and nothing here amounts to a binding quote. A rental is confirmed when we confirm it, rather than when a page displays a number.
Specifications are model level. We list what a machine class does and we match a unit at dispatch, so always work from the data plate on the machine you are given rather than from a web page.
What we are not responsible for
The information on this site is offered in good faith and we work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is either complete or free of error.
We are not responsible for how equipment is used once it leaves the yard. Operator training and authorization sit with the employer under OSHA, and safe use on site is the renter's responsibility.
This site may link out to other websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for, including whatever they do with your information.
