Goodyear is the fastest growing part of the West Valley and most of the work reflects that. New residential, new distribution and a lot of ground being turned for the first time.
Lots are large and access is generally straightforward, which means you can take the bigger machine in a class without worrying about a gate. The 318G and the Kubota U35-4 both work well out here.
The warehouse and distribution corridor along the I-10 brings the other half of the work, which is pallets on flat concrete and interior maintenance in tall buildings.
Before you dig
Call Arizona 811 first
Arizona law requires a utility locate before any digging, and it applies to homeowners as well as contractors. The call is free and the marks are free.
In older parts of the valley the irrigation, low voltage lighting and gas runs sit shallower than people expect, and a bucket or a grinder wheel finds them quickly.
