How it is priced
Machine size, then distance
2 things set the delivery price. The first is which tier the machine falls in, because a boom lift needs a bigger truck and trailer than a mini excavator does, and the second is how far it has to travel from our yard on East Victory Street.
Delivery is billed each way, so a round trip inside 20 mi comes to $150 on a compact machine, $190 on a mid size one and $250 on a large one.
Every equipment page has a quick quote calculator that works the delivered total out from your ZIP code, so you can see the figure before you call.

Past 50 mi, call us. We go further than this regularly, but the price then depends on the route rather than on a band, so we quote it from the address rather than publish it here.
Required or optional
Not every machine has to be delivered
Delivery is required on anything heavy enough to need a rated trailer and proper tie downs, which covers most of the fleet, and that is a function of what the machine weighs rather than a policy we invented.
The light end of the yard you can collect yourself, and plenty of people do exactly that.

We run mornings, Monday to Friday
Deliveries go out between 3 and 11 a.m., which is early on purpose, because it gets the machine on site before your crew starts and keeps our trucks off the valley freeways at the worst part of the day.
Same day is possible when the machine is sitting on the yard and the address is inside our normal run, so call rather than book online if the date is tight.
On the return day, have the machine ready before 7 a.m., with the route clear, the vehicles moved and somebody there who can let the driver in.
Before the truck arrives
Delivery requirements
Our truck and trailer need a clear route from the street to where the machine will work. Tell us about the site when you book and we will send the right machine and the right trailer.
Tell us the narrowest gate or door on the route when you book.
Tell us what the ground is, whether that is slab, asphalt, graded dirt or soft fill.
Someone 21 or older should be on site to take the machine and sign for it.
If the site has no power and the machine is electric, say so and we will send it fully charged.
Not sure about access or the ground? Text a photo of the gate, driveway or ground to (602) 900-1845 and we will tell you before delivery day whether the machine and the truck will get in.
We cover metro Phoenix out to 50 mi from the yard. The service area page lists the cities we deliver to and the band each one falls in, and each city page breaks it down by ZIP code.
FAQ
Common questions
How much does equipment delivery cost in Phoenix?
Between $75 and $345 each way, depending on the size of the machine and how far it travels. A compact machine inside 20 mi is $75 each way, so $150 for the round trip.
Why is delivery charged both ways?
Because the truck makes 2 trips, one to drop the machine and one to collect it, and each of those is a driver and a load of fuel.
What time will the truck arrive?
Between 3 and 11 a.m., Monday to Friday, and we will give you a tighter window the day before once the route for that morning is set.
Do I have to be there for the delivery?
Someone 21 or older should be there to take the machine, sign for it and walk the controls with the driver, so tell us at booking if that is a problem and we will work something out.
Can I collect the machine myself instead?
For some machines, yes. Compactors, the turf brush, the stump grinder and both trailer types are warehouse pickup items, and you can haul either skid steer yourself on a suitable trailer. Everything else needs our truck.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not on the standard schedule, so call the yard if a Saturday matters and we will tell you straight whether we can do it.
Do you charge a fuel surcharge on delivery?
No, the delivery figure is the delivery figure. Prepaid fuel on the machine itself is separate, and it only applies to machines that have an engine.
