Find your city and band
We deliver from a single yard on East Victory Street in Phoenix, out to 50 mi in every direction, which covers the metro area and a good deal of what sits beyond it.
The bands are measured from the yard rather than from the city center, so a large city can span more than one. The table shows each city's closest band and the price each way by machine size. The full rate table is on the delivery page.
Every equipment page carries a quick quote calculator, so put in the ZIP the machine is going to and it prices the round trip before you call.

Each way, not round trip. Double the figures above for the full delivery cost, and remember they exclude prepaid fuel, sales tax and the damage waiver.
13 cities have a page here, and they cover the metro area we run to routinely.
Past 50 mi the price stops being a band and starts being a route, so we quote it from the full address rather than publish a figure. Call the yard at (602) 900-1845 and we will tell you what the run costs.
FAQ
Common questions
What areas does Summit Rentals deliver to?
Metro Phoenix out to 50 mi from our yard in Phoenix, priced in 4 distance bands. That takes in Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria and the outer valley.
Do you deliver outside 50 mi?
Regularly, though the price then depends on the route rather than on a band, so we quote it from the full address instead of publishing a figure here.
Is delivery cheaper if I am closer to the yard?
Yes, and considerably so, because a compact machine inside 20 mi is $75 each way against $175 at the 41 to 50 mi band, which is $200 of difference on a round trip.
How do I find out which band my address is in?
Put your ZIP into the quick quote calculator on any equipment page, and it returns both the band and the delivered total for the term you pick.
